If you can't say anything nice....

Last week was....kinda lousy. But I think I can think of something nice to say.... let's see... I know there's something. Oh yes: I suddenly have more free time so I got to hang out with friends I hadn't seen much of recently. It was a lot of fun. Also, I saw "the Blindside" finally. Ruthie and I went on Friday night. It's not the cliche-inspirational-football movie I had anticipated. I really liked it. After that we went out to dinner at TGIFridays and caught up on recent life. Our waiter was kinda creepy, but aside from that it was a perfectly adequate dining experience. Saturday, I spent the day with my Grandma. She is amazing. I hope someday I can be like her. She's just the kind of person that makes everyone feel better about life. Plus, if she ever meets up with someone who hurt me, she'll "punch him in the nose". We ate some amazing Thai food, went shopping, and then made Easter candy. Later that night, I went to see my Andreas. Hardcore made delicious Chinese food for everyone. Then we spent several hours talking and not watching the movie we had planned on... Sunday, I went to Trevor's homecoming. It was really good to see him again and his talk was awesome. I don't think he's changed at all...which is not a bad thing. Also, I am really enjoying my rental PT Cruiser. It's pretty fun to drive and I can park in visitor parking on campus. win-win-win. All in all life is good. Hey, that's nice.

Things I've Done Lately:

-Watched The Imaginarium of Dr. Parnassis. And I'll never get those two hours of my life back.
-Ate at a Lebanese restaurant. The food was delicious and there were belly dancers. Win-win.
-Saw Alice in Wonderland in 3D. Not what I expected... but I liked it.
-Went to Ellie's Volleyball tournament in Park City. She's awesome. Her team... not so much.
-Ate Himalayan food. It's very similar to Indian food and very good.
-Went to the Utah Symphony. I loved the violin concerto.
-Had Fondue. I only spilled on myself twice.
-Went to a Rocky Votolato concert. I've never been to a concert where the opener was as enjoyable as the headliner. Amazing.
